about

Dark Am I, Yet Lovely is part of a project that I was a part of alongside some very incredible artists. The EP that this single is a part of will be released later on this year (2020) and you'll have the chance to listen to some very talented musicians from Birmingham. A special thanks go to the Impact team, Andy and Ben for believing in and championing the creativity of artists.

The songs released here are self-referential and conversational like the rest of my upcoming album. They focus on the themes of self-actualization, embracing the unknown through letting go of the familiar yet damaging ways in which people like myself are received and experienced.

I hope you find solidarity in my contradictions and peace in my proclamations.
